আজি লেখকসকলৰ বাবে আয়োজিত এখন কৰ্মশালালৈ গৈছিলো। যথেষ্ট ভালদৰে আগবাঢ়িছিল কৰ্মশালা। কিছুসময়ৰ পিছত নিউজ চেনেলৰ বাতৰি কেনেকৈ লিখিব লাগে, কি কি কথাৰ ক্ষেত্রত সংবেদনশীল হব লাগে লেখকসকল -এই বিষয়ে আলোচনা সুন্দৰকৈ আগবাঢ়িল।
আলোচনাৰ মাজতে প্রসংগক্রমে এজনে ক'লে-
"টাইমচ নাওৰ বেংগলী সাংবাদিক অৰ্ণব গোস্বামীৰ সাংবাদিকতাই মোক অনুপ্রাণিত কৰে।"

মই সকলোকে ৰখিবলৈ কৈ বক্তব্য দিয়া মানুহজনক ভদ্রভাবে অথচ অলপ কাঢ়াকৈ ক'লো -
"আপোনাৰ কথাষাৰ শুনি ভাল লাগিল কিন্তু আপুনি কি ভিত্তিত 'বেংগলী সাংবাদিক' বুলি পৰিচয় দিলে অণৰ্ব গোস্বামীক?"

একে উশাহতে কৈ পেলোৱা কথাখিনিয়ে পৰিবেশটো গহীন কৰি তুলিলে। প্রশিক্ষকে কথাটো বুজি লগে লগে এটা ৰসাল কথাৰে সকলোকে পুনৰ সহজ কৰি তুলিবলৈ চেষ্টা কৰিলে।
.....কৰ্মশালা শেষ হোৱাৰ লগে লগে মানুহজন ওলাই গ'ল। কোনো কথা হোৱাৰ সুযোগ নাপালো। হয়তো তেঁও মোৰ মূখামূখি হব বিচৰা নাছিল। পিছত গম পালো তেখেত পশ্চিম বংগৰ মানুহ।
..কিবা এটা বুজিলো। "আমাদেৰ ভূপেন দা, আমাদেৰ ভূপেন দা" - শব্দ কেইটা অহৰহ ঝংকাৰিত হৈ থাকিল মগজুত।

In total correctness of things ..u are 100 %correct.. But I feel your reaction was bit over board !! Why ? .. You said all the worlds n line correctly !! But it all lost in translation !! A Tv Journalist is being told as Their Own.. Why not look at the spirit of celebrating someone from East !! I am sure despite of knowing that actually AG is not Bengali but an Assamese , his pride may not diminish !! That bengali gentlemans weakness is Geography !! Anything after Bengal they thing either occupied by Bengali or may be few Nagas !! Now BH case .. The kind of. Cultural addulation n chllenge he got from Bengal is un deniable .. So Amader Bhupen Da .. Is not to be taken so offensively .. Rather it should not bother us. We know who AG is and who BH to us !! In fact I liked your earlier blog on English Music and a line you said .." A close embrace of our "Own Thing" can make it stale .. !! Did I translate it correctly.. However bad translation . I am sure you got my point.. Lastly I must say for the first time I saw your blog and enjoyed imensely .. !!
ReplyDeleteSir, there are many bengalis who told me that my name 'ৰক্তিম' is actually a 'bengali name/word and we Assamese "Borrowed" the word from them...i replied the best possible way anywayz...moreover it's all in the attitude reflected while talking...it's more kind of snatching than appreciating.. . :) :) :)...."আমাদেৰ ভূপেন দা" is none but a piece of small experience based write up came out after careful observation of many such similar observations...i am sure that i am being more clear and straight now to indicate what exactly i wanted to say in "আমাদেৰ ভূপেন দা" :) .....do sincerely appreciate you words and spirit.
